give us information such as their customer number, what invoices
they are paying, and what branch they are paying to. Your customer
number is only used for applying payment to the correct account,
and not shared outside of Brighton Air Corp. under any circumstances.
After our web site confirms payment amounts, visitors are taken
to a web site owned by PayPal, where they are asked to enter more
specific information about their payments, such as their contact
information, credit card information, and/or bank account information.
This information may be collected and used in other ways, which
are listed in PayPal's privacy policy. Brighton Air Corp does
not collect or use any of this personal information.
Our web site's service call request form requires visitors to
give us personally identifiable contact information such as their
name, address, phone numbers, email address, customer number,
and company name. Contact information from this form is used to
dispatch service technicians to the proper location, contact the
customer when necessary, and bill the customer for services rendered.
Our web site's customer satisfaction survey requires visitors
to give us personally identifiable contact information such as
their full name, company name and address, email address, and
phone number. The information collected from this form will be
used solely by Brighton Air Corp. to review current service procedures
and perform quality improvement measures. The contact information
will be used to contact the visitor when they have requested a
branch representative contact them.
Our web site's form to receive questions and/or comments, along
with the form to report a website error requires visitors to give
us information such as their name, email address, internet connection
type, and browser type. IP addresses are also collected by Brighton
Air Corp. This information is collected to help diagnose problems
with our web server and web site, analyze trends, track user usage,
and to gather broad demographic information.
COMMUNICATION AND CHOICE/OPT-IN AND OPT-OUT: Brighton
Air Corp will under no circumstances disclose visitor's personal
